They damaged my leather sofa, "lost" one of my pole lamps and broke or damaged several other items. They do not wrap any of the furniture to protect it from damage. They have been called several times to no avail. The damage to my sofa was pointed out immediately to Country who then made a phone call. He said the repair guy was backed up about two weeks but that it would be repaired, if I had not heard from the repair guy within a week to call Country back. He does not return phone calls. Both he and the owner, David Lee, have been called about the missing pole lamp. Both responded the say way, the truck will be checked and we will get a return phone call, didn't happen. Several of my wood item furniture is marred now. They broke the end of my curtain rod. They broke my bathroom storage cabinet. They do not return phone calls. It took them five hours to move us from a two bedroom second floor apartment to a house. We were told it would only take a couple of hours. All furniture was disassembled ahead of time. It was just a matter of moving it out. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
