We moved on July 19th, 2013. They showed up to our apartment dressed very unprofessionally, and charged us for an extra person even though we had not asked for that. They did not wrap any of our furniture and therefore much of it,we noticed the next day, was damaged; including our dining room table and couch. However, the bigger problem was that they had backed up and cracked our seamless gutter at our new house. When we called to try and figure out how to fix this situation we got in contact with Frank, our driver. We got 2 quotes (one was for $200 the other for $150). We then got back in touch with Frank and discussed the quotes. We then went with the $150 quote from Gutter Helmets. After it was fixed we sent all the documents over, including a picture of the fixed gutter. When we did not hear anything back my husband called and was told they were processing it. He has called back almost every week since October 8th when the gutter was fixed; and we are told that Frank is no longer with the company. Early-November we were told a check was in the mail. When it did not show up my husband again called and the owner, David, and his son, Anthony, are EXTREMELY rude to my husband, and have even hung up on him mid-conversation. We are still waiting.
