The firestone in Brick offers unequivocally the worst service in Brick township for auto care. I went to this place twice to have basic work done on my car (Oil changes, tire rotation, tire replacement etc..), and both times they had me waiting in excess of two hours. Admittedly, they did tell me it was going to take an hour, but I was almost waiting three hours just to replace my tires. I watched as the one who was working on my car mysteriously disappeared for 45 minutes, only to later find out he decided to go out for lunch after taking all the tires off of my car. When I asked about it, the manager kept telling me that it would only be a few minutes until my car was done--that ""few minutes"" lasted well over an hour. After which my alignment was off, and they wanted to charge me more to fix it. In the end, it ended up costing more than I was quoted at the beginning, and taking longer than I was told (both times). I will not be returning to Firestone again.
