I have toilet leak and called them for estimation. 2 uniformed employees (apprentice and master) showed up. After investigation, they quoted me +$2000 for fixing a leak and also installing a vent. It was very pricey but I took it because I am in hurry to fix the leaking problem before it flooded my crawl space. After they finished the work within same day, I was shocked with what I saw - a big messy hole next to my toilet bowl. I politely asked them to fix the hole and the master plumber told me that they are not responsible for any damages to the wall or floor during their installation/fixing work. I was shocked with the response and I called their office and talked to service manager who asked me to hand the phone over to the plumber. But he ignored me and refused to take the call. Few minutes later plumber came in the house and tried to fix the hole. (I guess he talked to his office). He just simply covered the hole with a piece of plastic and edges are not covered properly where you can see zig zag at the edges. The finish work is very rough.\r \r After they left, about an hour later, I went to check on the toilet again. Now I can see through the wall from the edges which have few big holes because the glues/patches fell off the wall. The work is very unprofessional and quality is bad. Then I went to check on the leak and found that toilet bowl is still leaking. I spent $2400 but the original leaking issue still not fixed and additionally I get a hole on my wall.\r \r Their web site claimed that they are professional and friendly. Unfortunately my experience with them is completely opposite. Now I have to look for another plumber to fix my leaking problem. more
