I called to set up a service appointment on an oven and cooktop and the man who answered the phone quoted me two dollar amounts for parts and labor without explaining why. When I asked why there was two amounts he very rudely explained that it was for the two appliances and still stayed rude when I pointed out to him that he had never said that the additional charge was for the 2nd appliance. He could have explained it nicely and all would have been fine but I couldn't wait to get off the phone with him and will never use nor recommend Applianceman to anyone. I went to Angie's list instead and found a repair person that was courteous.
