Terrible!!!!! I would never rent from this company again. We broke down on the side of the highway for 45 min going from our wedding to reception. I understand breakdowns, but the manager told me that the driver forgot to FILL THE TROLLEY WITH GAS! That is the easiest thing you can do, and they overlooked it. The engine shut down and the trolley filled with black smoke and we had to rush to open all of the windows because we were choking on the smoke.\r
They sent a replacement bus that was not near what we paid for, and when we went to recoup some of our money, they gave us the run around for weeks. We had to call them from different phone numbers because they would not return our phone calls or emails. They treated us like absolute garbage. We missed out on an hour of picture taking because the driver forgot to put gas in the trolley! Come on now. Do Not rent from them
