Horizon Limousine

Terrible!!!!! I would never rent from this company again. We broke down on the side of the highway for 45 min going from our wedding to reception. I understand breakdowns, but the manager told me that the driver forgot to FILL THE TROLLEY WITH GAS! That is the easiest thing you can do, and they overlooked it. The engine shut down and the trolley filled with black smoke and we had to rush to open all of the windows because we were choking on the smoke.\r They sent a replacement bus that was not near what we paid for, and when we went to recoup some of our money, they gave us the run around for weeks. We had to call them from different phone numbers because they would not return our phone calls or emails. They treated us like absolute garbage. We missed out on an hour of picture taking because the driver forgot to put gas in the trolley! Come on now. Do Not rent from them more

Amazing. My friends and I booked a party bus for my homecoming this past weekend. I have absolutely no complains. Everything was PERFECT!! I have rented from other companies and I have never been this satisfied. Now, I won't use anything besides Horizon/Rockstar. It made my homecoming simply amazing. I'm so glad I rented a party bus. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. more

I have used Horizon Limo for all of my events (including my wedding day) and have never had a bad experience. I know I can always count on them to make my day special. They always put the customer first. Horizon will always be my first choice! more

HORRIBLE experience!! I would never recommend this limo service. The driver never made it to pick me up on my wedding day. My bridesmaids and I had to meet him at a McDonalds because he was running 45 minutes behind. He only called to let us know he was lost when he was supposed to be at my parent's house (when he called he was still 30 minutes away). Apparently, his gps broke and he could not use or did not know how to use a map or read the turn by turn instructions on his work order. Once on the trolley we had to listen to white noise on the radio because the driver did not know how to work the kareokee machine/cd player (which we had all been so excited about). The seats of the trolley were covered in some kind of sand...not sure where that came from but it was gross and the trolley itself rode like a hay wagon. When we were finally on our way to the church the driver missed the exit and one of my bridesmaids had to sit up front giving him turn by turn directions. On our way to the reception one of our groomsmen had to give the driver directions to the reception (directions the company had already been given several days prior). After all that the company refused to refund any of our money. I would not recommend this company's services to anyone. Customer satisfaction and quality services are not a priority. Choosing Horizon Limo is the only thing I would change about my wedding day. more

I have used Horizon Limousine on a number of occasions and have always been impressed! They have some of the nicest vehicles in the Kansas City area. The staff is very friendly and works hard to make their clients have the best experience! I highly recommend Horizon Limos to all my friends! more

Worst experience I have ever had. Very disappointing in the service, vehicle, and management. We hired this company for our wedding and there was no AC in the hummer limo. Our entire wedding party was miserable and we had to cut our pictures short due to the heat. The company refused any compensation and was impossible to deal with. Completely dissatisfying. more

Some of my fraternity brothers and I were going out for one of our's birthday. Our main problem was transportation. The first company we called was Horizon and they were EXTREMELY helpful. We didn't look at any other company because of the service Horizon provided. It turned out to be one of the best nights I've been a part of, and there was no issue of having to use a designated drunk driver. Thank You Horizon!!! more

My Fiance hooked me up with a vehicle from Horizon for my bachelor party. It was awesome, and the driver Gene was amazing. Truly impressed, too bad I'm married or I'd rent from them more often! more

They did not deliver the vehicle they had promised. The one that came did not have good air conditioning during a time of excessive heat warnings. They did not return my phone calls or provide me with a corrected invoice after I made changes to our schedule. The vehicle was poorly kept and was not worth the price I paid. I do not recommend this company. more

We hired Horizon to transport our wedding party from the ceremony to pictures then to the reception. The limo arrived and the AC was not working, we rented it for 3 hours, the temperature was 106 F and the AC did not work the entire time. We suggested swaping out the vehicle and was told that wasn't possible and we would be reimbursed for the charges. Since then I have spoken to the owner and he has refused a full refund of the charges. After being told I would receive a call back to discuss the settlement, I have yet to hear back from them. I do not recommend this company to anyone, very poor customer service and they do not fulfill their end of the contract. more

We had a great time with Horizon Limousine after originally scheduling another limo company that called and cancelled last minute. Horizon Limousine was easy to book with and took care of us better than we ever have been taken care of. Their vehicle was 10x better than we thought it would be, and the driver was super nice. We've rented numerous times from them since! more
