As others have stated the charges are out of this world and the billing department has no manners. Every month I've had to call and provide my insurance information so they would bill insurance.... I still haven't figured out why they aren't able to update my records and keep the information on file. I'm supposed to be receiving an updated bill which shows that insurance has been billed and what my patient responsibility is to PAKC.... still haven't received it. I don't know that this group is really into patient care as much as they are into taking you for all they can squeeze out of you. I have since found a new doctor and thus far am quite pleased with my experience. Save yourselves some money and go somewhere else.
