I have worked with Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings twice. The first time was a very big project. They installed hardwood and carpeting throughout the house, and the second time they redid a bathroom for me. I found the first experience to be completely flawless. They were wonderful. They got back to me quickly and were very prompt. The second time, I was also totally pleased with the end results and the work they did for me, but I didn't feel like I was getting the same communication as I did the first time. I had to call them more often to get my estimates and to schedule appointments. This could have also been due to a lack of initial communication on my part, but there was definitely some kind of lag in response time compared to my first experience with them. I did appreciate that they weren't being pushy because they knew I had a lot going on in my life at that time, and once everything was finally scheduled, they were very prompt. I already spoke to the manager about this, and he was aware of the scheduling issues we had. Other than this issue, I like this company because everyone is very helpful. They provide customers with a great deal of flooring options. They offer good suggestions and input, and the installers are excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
