Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings is terrific! The carpet we were able to get is excellent. It was a little pricey but they were able to install it very quickly. They installed carpet for three rooms. They were punctual and professional. more

I've never had a problem with Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings. When you go in there and you're not sure what you want, they are able and willing to listen and make suggestions. We most recently went there for tile. They did the installation, and it turned out great! We've been using them since they did the house we moved into, back eight years ago. more

Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings came in a removed my old carpet and installed new carpet. They came in on time and the technicians were professional. My only small issue is that they hit some of my baseboards with a hammer. They worked very hard and cleaned up well. Overall, I was very happy with the work that they did. Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings put in new carpeting in the bedroom and closet. They were very helpful and very mindful that when they came in and out, they made sure not to track an debris in with them. I had a good experience with Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings. I had some old carpet in the dining area that was down for probably 17 years. It was in such poor shape that I wanted to replace it. I opted for vinyl flooring to replace the carpet, and I'm really pleased with the result. The installation process went very well. Hester's Abby is very good, and I highly recommend them. The gentleman I worked with at Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings was wonderful. He was very patient and helped me pick out the flooring. He gave me some helpful hints. The gentlemen who installed the flooring were very kind and very clean. They cleaned up everything before they left and the wood laminate they put in looks wonderful. I have worked with Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings twice. The first time was a very big project. They installed hardwood and carpeting throughout the house, and the second time they redid a bathroom for me. I found the first experience to be completely flawless. They were wonderful. They got back to me quickly and were very prompt. The second time, I was also totally pleased with the end results and the work they did for me, but I didn't feel like I was getting the same communication as I did the first time. I had to call them more often to get my estimates and to schedule appointments. This could have also been due to a lack of initial communication on my part, but there was definitely some kind of lag in response time compared to my first experience with them. I did appreciate that they weren't being pushy because they knew I had a lot going on in my life at that time, and once everything was finally scheduled, they were very prompt. I already spoke to the manager about this, and he was aware of the scheduling issues we had. Other than this issue, I like this company because everyone is very helpful. They provide customers with a great deal of flooring options. They offer good suggestions and input, and the installers are excellent. I would definitely recommend them. more

They did some hardwood floors and it turned out so well, we ordered twice as much as we originally intended! They were very helpful with us with the quality and look that we wanted. We also purchased wood flooring from them and the recommended an installer who was great. Hester's Abbey Floorcoverings have always been very prompt, courteous, and helpful. They've done several re-carpeting projects for me, and most recently did some pricing and re-carpeting in portions of my office. The only reason I would not always use them is that they're not always the best price out there. more
