Amazon is CHEAPER! Frankel's customer service is the WORST. If you wait in line with a costume and it says ""Accessories at the register"" that you'd like to see before buying since there are no returns allowed, you have to wait for them to get the accessories then RE-WAIT in line again if you want to buy. The old lady manager will not let you check out even though you waited in line originally. So we found the EXACT same costume on Amazon for HALF the price.\r

Save your money. Go to Frankel's to try on costumes, find the one you want, then buy it online. That's all they're good for considering their POOR customer service.
