Are you kidding me?? This guy is the most corrupt one on the bench!!! He doesn't give two craps about breaking families apart and keeping kids from one parent or the other!! He wasn't even a family law attorney before becoming a judge. He was a criminal defense attorney! That should say it all right there. Let me also be clear on that he doesn't even live in town and only shows his face in the court room maybe 2 to 3 times a week. My boyfriend has had to deal with this creep throughout his divorce and custody battle with his kid. He instructs you to go through the ""proper steps"" to accomplish things, you do it, then he DENIES it!!! He does not give citizens their right to an evidentiary hearing, all because he's too lazy to do his job properly, and work a full week at his job. Because of this, we are in process of going through Supreme Court. He does nothing for the ""best interest of the child."" If you get this guy....consider yourself screwed! Please....do like us, write to the senate, governor, news....anyone that will listen and get the word out on this guy. If nobody says anything....nothing will ever be done about this and he will continue to ruin peoples live and most importantly....the lives of their innocent children that need both parents!
