!!!!!! So ANGRY RIGHT NOW!!!! I 'd asked my son to call this place to place an order for delivery. I was sitting right across from him in my living room. I wanted the spaghetti dinner with sausage and he wanted the an order of honey BBQ chicken fingers.He calls and speaks with a gentlemen named "" Tom"" who he later told us he was the owner.Keep in mind I'm sitting right there listening because let's face it moms,some times we ask our kids to do what we think is something really simple, but what they hear is something totally different . Anyways because they have a few variations of there spaghetti dinners,he emphasized he wanted a sausage & spaghetti dinner. He was quickly corrected by Tom by him saying in a condescending attitude,"" you mean spaghetti and sausage"" . Then my son goes on to ask for an order of honey BBQ chicken finger dinner.Tom then corrected him again by stating ""we don't have honey BBQ,we have honey mustard & BBQ . So my son orders the honey mustard. Tom gives my son the total and hangs up.The order came relatively quickly. As my son looks at the containers he realizes the box his chicken fingers dinner should be in is very small. He opens it & tells the driver "" he didn't order chicken wings he ordered the chicken finger dinner "". The driver told him just call the store tell them what happened. They may either send out the chicken fingers or comp you on your next order. He pays the driver and he goes on his way. My son tells me what happened. Now here's is where some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced happens. I call the restaurant thinking everyone makes mistakes, no big deal. After all it didn't take them that long to get here. I'll just call, tell them what happened and like any other restaurant I've ever dealt with. They will send out the chicken finger dinner and take back the chicken wings. NOOOOO THAT's NOT WHAT HAPPENS. I call I get a very pleasant young man & I explained what happened. He'd asked to put me on hold and another man gets on the phone. I go to tell him the same and he quickly cuts my off speaking over me and tells me that he took the order & my son ordered chicken fingers. After he allowed me to speak I told him I was sitting right there. He ordered the c.f dinner. Do they have a chicken wing dinner. He basically calls me a liar by emphasizing again he ordered the wings. So I'd asked him ""so are you going to fix this or not?"" He says"" well the customer is always right but he ordered the wings"" I again stated I was right there. He then says "" yea that's what they all say. So after that I was done with the conversation. So mad I just hung up. Then I decided to call back to speak to a manager. The pleasant guys answers & gives him back the phone. That's when he tells me. He 's the owner. So what you gonna do write a bad review. No sir I'm just gonna write the truth.\r
