WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FROM TOM THE OWNER...,\r 2 minutes ago\r Tracy L.\r 1 friend 1 review\r !!!!!! So ANGRY RIGHT NOW!!!! I 'd asked my son to call this place to place an order for delivery. I was sitting right across from him in my living room. I wanted the spaghetti dinner with sausage and he wanted the an order of honey BBQ chicken fingers.He calls and speaks with a gentlemen named "" Tom"" who he later told us he was the owner.Keep in mind I'm sitting right there listening because let's face it moms,some times we ask our kids to do what we think is something really simple, but what they hear is something totally different . Anyways because they have a few variations of there spaghetti dinners,he emphasized he wanted a sausage & spaghetti dinner. He was quickly corrected by Tom by him saying in a condescending attitude,"" you mean spaghetti and sausage"" . Then my son goes on to ask for an order of honey BBQ chicken finger dinner.Tom then corrected him again by stating ""we don't have honey BBQ,we have honey mustard & BBQ . So my son orders the honey mustard. Tom gives my son the total and hangs up.The order came relatively quickly. As my son looks at the containers he realizes the box his chicken fingers dinner should be in is very small. He opens it & tells the driver "" he didn't order chicken wings he ordered the chicken finger dinner "". The driver told him just call the store tell them what happened. They may either send out the chicken fingers or comp you on your next order. He pays the driver and he goes on his way. My son tells me what happened. Now here's is where some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced happens. I call the restaurant thinking everyone makes mistakes, no big deal. After all it didn't take them that long to get here. I'll just call, tell them what happened and like any other restaurant I've ever dealt with. They will send out the chicken finger dinner and take back the chicken wings. NOOOOO THAT's NOT WHAT HAPPENS. I call I get a very pleasant young man & I explained what happened. He'd asked to put me on hold and another man gets on the phone. I go to tell him the same and he quickly cuts my off speaking over me and tells me that he took the order & my son ordered chicken fingers. After he allowed me to speak I told him I was sitting right there. He ordered the c.f dinner. Do they have a chicken wing dinner. He basically calls me a liar by emphasizing again he ordered the wings. So I'd asked him ""so are you going to fix this or not?"" He says"" well the customer is always right but he ordered the wings"" I again stated I was right there. He then says "" yea that's what they all say. So after that I was done with the conversation. So mad I just hung up. Then I decided to call back to speak to a manager. The pleasant guys answers & gives him back the phone. That's when he tells me. He 's the owner. So what you gonna do write a bad review. No sir I'm just gonna write the truth.\r more

I called on Monday to place a delivery order for the following day for my office and was told it was lunch time they were to busy and to call back later. Needless to say I did not. I have been going to Bob and John's for nearly 30 years and it will be a long time before I frequent this establishment again. more

That place was so full of grease ball italians i wanted to k i l l myself before i got my water. The place smelled like the armpit of some fat W O P b i t c h straight off the boat. I ordered pizza and there were women's moustache hairs all over it. It tasted like a dirty FUBU track suit with dirty air force ones. the only thing worst than this place is when i went down the street to MT Pockets and got a drink that tasted like the urinal at Yankee stadium, and thats what they intended. The only way i eat something similar to these daygo idiot establishments is if i took a dump on a plate and put ragu all over it.\r \r - Nick Gaddi, Buffalo NY Pros: NOTHING!!!! I live around the corner from Bob & John's, and make the semi-regular trip there on either Monday or Tuesday nights. Those are All You Can Eat Spaghetti nights, where you can get a plate of well-cooked spaghetti with good sauce, bread, and butter for $2.25. But, the plate is so big, you might not even finish one. If you need a little more than just spaghetti, you can add a sausage link for under $1, or a big meatball for $1.05. Plus, they have soda with free refills for $1.50 (I think), or a pitcher for $4. Beer is cheap here too! I think a pitcher of beer was $6.\r \r The service is awesome. Except for one time, when it was really busy and they seemed shortstaffed. The steaming plate of spaghetti arrives within minutes of your order. Although the spaghetti is such a great deal, I find that the other popular food ordered is the pizza. I might try that on a future visit. more

Bob and John's is a very good place to eat..It is a good value and the food is excellent. The only problem I see is parking, because it it on a main thouroghfare and parking is tough..But all in all, it is very worth the trip.. Pros: good value, good food, good service more

...there is absolutely no one (and this include La Nova) that has better pizza than Bob & John's. Try it once and you'll prefer them over everyone. more

my favorite pizza ever, you can't go wrong . Try all specialty pizzas, they are all awesome. Wingsare also the best. 1.99 all you can eat spagetti hits the spot. Subs are excellent as well, i love this place. Pros: patio, coupons, always fast more

I grew up in Buffalo and have tasted the changes of the pizza and chicken wings throughout the years. Bob & John's has an incredible pizza pie. The size and plentiful toppings combined with a real pizza sauce creates the best tasting pizza in Buffalo.
