No rental car on site per warranty. Car broke down. had to get car towed to Larry miller. when I got there they said it would take over a day to fix my car, No problem. but no rental car. so they drove me home and then later told me they had a rental car but I would have to drive it back to the Dealership to do the paper work, and then after that I drove the rental car home. 2 1/2 hours later they told me they got the car done early and I needed to bring back the renal car and pick up mine. So during the traffic reush I drove back to the dealership again to get my car. and then sat again in traffic to get home. 10 hours of driving back and forth. If they had a loaner car like they were suppose to I could have gone back to work. OMG> I lost a days wages and sat in traffic all day. I would have ben happyer going to work or just taking the day off.
