Dick's Hillsboro Hyundai

This dealership was recently sold to Dicks. I was a long time loyal customer of Dicks. Until I wanted a Hyundai they had none. I am happy I now am back with the Dick's Family but have a choice for Hyundai vehicles. The service was excellent before and after the sale. It is a unique one on one experience with staff who work hard. I feel secure with my choices and options. more

They are courteous and quick, even washed and vacuumed my vehicle. I recommend this dealership to everyone. more

Had no trouble making a same day appointment to have some recall work done and document mileage for the reimbursement by Hyundai. Service advisor Penny was very good--told me what to expect timewise and asked if I had time for a wash and vacuum. Of course I did! Work was completed in less time than estimated, car was nice and clean and I was out the door. Friendly sales staff too, without being pushy. more

No rental car on site per warranty. Car broke down. had to get car towed to Larry miller. when I got there they said it would take over a day to fix my car, No problem. but no rental car. so they drove me home and then later told me they had a rental car but I would have to drive it back to the Dealership to do the paper work, and then after that I drove the rental car home. 2 1/2 hours later they told me they got the car done early and I needed to bring back the renal car and pick up mine. So during the traffic reush I drove back to the dealership again to get my car. and then sat again in traffic to get home. 10 hours of driving back and forth. If they had a loaner car like they were suppose to I could have gone back to work. OMG> I lost a days wages and sat in traffic all day. I would have ben happyer going to work or just taking the day off. more

Unnecessary repairs were recommended, I will never know if we were taken advantage of or not. more
