Bar Stool Designs is a distributer for the stools I purchased. I was promised a delivery but it was extended dramatically due to the production plant holiday shutdown. I was told the order would ship prior to the shutdown but it didn't and than I had to wait the full lead time once the plant reopened. Since BSD is only a distributer they do not have much control over this. But when I complained he took the initative and provided me a discount to cover the delay. I assume the price reduction came out of BSD's commissions and not from the factory. SO overall it was significantly late but BSD did what they could to take care of me.
