Product internet description was excellent, good transaction 2/21/2014

We had kitchen stools, purchased over ten years ago, that had worn out - seat cushion going, knicks and scratches, etc. After looking locally, and not pleased with the quality/price that was offered, I went to the internet and searched - and found - the same stool, made by Trica, available at a fair price. Ordered them, they came as promised, well packed, were easy to assemble,and had good instructions. Very happy with the whole experience. more

Received my fabric samples and my eventually ordered counter stools on the exact schedule described. The stools are high quality and look great in the newly re-decorated area where they are used. more

I cant say enough good things about Adam. We had a minor issue with one of our chairs and he immediately replaced the broken part and helped me get it put together properly. Excellent company more

The stool is very sturdy and easy to assemble. The colors match perfectly. It should last for many years to come. Great product for the money. Would recommend it to my friends. Many more stools and chairs to choose from. more

Product was late but price discounted to compensate 10/25/2013

Bar Stool Designs is a distributer for the stools I purchased. I was promised a delivery but it was extended dramatically due to the production plant holiday shutdown. I was told the order would ship prior to the shutdown but it didn't and than I had to wait the full lead time once the plant reopened. Since BSD is only a distributer they do not have much control over this. But when I complained he took the initative and provided me a discount to cover the delay. I assume the price reduction came out of BSD's commissions and not from the factory. SO overall it was significantly late but BSD did what they could to take care of me. more

Positive experience 7/27/2013

Wonderful customer service. Recommended exactly the right product for my needs (needed to change discontinued chair from counter height to bar height) which allowed me to find the same base design in a different chair and successfully convert my existing chairs. Items came wonderfully packed and within the time quoted. Would recommend them to anyone. more

Great Value 7/2/2013

Service was top notch. The stools were very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Not quite as easy to assemble as the literature would have you believe -- you definitely need a good socket wrench set -- but still manageable at about an hour apiece. I'm very satisfied with their looks and quality of construction. more
