Since I bought my vehicle in May 2012, the few times my wife or I have taken the car in for routine service we were less than satisfied. Our recent visit was a huge improvement, I believe there might be new staff as the female service advisor was new to us and was excellent with her customer service. Disappointing was the actual quality of the work performed as well as the lack of interest from the sales department when my wife inquired about trading her Sonata for a newer model...no return call was made as was indicated. Great improvement to your service dept staff though.
