Product quality, price, warranty, and service are top priorities when I buy a car, and I spent weeks researching on line, visiting dealerships, and talking with sales personnel before buying a new car for myself in 2011 and my son in 2013. Both times I chose a Hyundai at Feldman in Waterford, 30 miles from my home. Every employee I've come in contact with there, including phone receptionists, salespeople, service personnel/manager, general manager, has treated me with fairness and respect. There's a "culture of competence" in the building, which makes my longer than normal drive for service worthwhile.
