Some muffler gaskets had to be replaced so they had to take apart some things and put it all back together, it was a pretty big deal, but they fixed it. This was my third time using them within a year or so. I continue to use their services because I own a Volvo so it's hard to find parts and places who can work on it. They're also very close to where I work--about three minutes away.
