-Are pregnant and looking to keep your core strong over the course of 9 months\r
-Are training for a race such as a triathlon, running or cycling race and are looking to strengthen your core to increase performance.\r

I have been in all of these situations. Liisa and Cheryl are skilled and extremely knowledgeable in all these areas, and they will assist you in achieving your goals whatever they may be. As a former personal trainer, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my physical therapy or specialized core training.\r
