There was no intent to have an unhappy client?!?!? Where should I begin?? Maybe had Mr. Arends shown up on the jobsite more than 1/2 dozen times in 4 months he could have possibly rectified some of his construction defects. When he abandoned the project after we refused to give him his final payment prior to finishing the building, I would say there really was no attempt to make the client happy Mrs. Arends. PS. Your attempt to remove these reviews by ""closing"" the business doesn't seem to be working. It is our intent that this misfortune should not befall another unsuspecting trusting individual.
