I too had a terrible experience. I had a simple lawsuit that cost me thousands of dollars and I didn't even make it to court. I was overbilled and had a hard time of getting my calls returned. Its hard enough being in a lawsuit, but paying tens of thousands of dollars to defend it and then being told by the other side that they were never contacted by my attorney and there calls went unanswered. The billing was ridiculous, just simply false. I was billed several hours to review one page documents and several hours to write a simple email and letter.
