I actually got my first apartment here about 7 years ago and it was the most awful place to live. At the time I didn't know it because I was young and didn't know better. After having rented from much better places like The Mansion Apartments, I can NOT believe I lived there. The manager, Michael Russell was just a complete and utter douchebag and does NOT care about his residents. I had to go out of town for a week because my grandpa passed away and beforehand I had been having problems with pigeons but when I came back it was so much worse. They kept building nests faster than I could get rid of them and when I finally asked for help Michael refused to help me. He just asked me ""Well, are you shooing them away?"" Well yeah, dummy of course I am. I had a full time job, full time school schedule and my closest family was an hour away so excuse me for not being able to shoo them away every minute. He was very gossipy and just rude about everything, Save your money and your time and rent somewhere that actually cares about you.
