This is the second time I write to you regarding your wonderful customer service. I feel like it's becoming a habit - a good habit. I have to say, that I have never done this for any other store.\r

My husband and I have been coming to your Wallingford store for approximately a year. Previous to that, I did not own a pet. On each visit we have received great customer service. We usually have more than one associate ask if they can help us.\r

We would like to mention one person in particular: Laurel. She seems to have a wealth of knowledge and always gives us good, common sense advice. When we first obtained our puppy, she spent quite a bit of time helping us choose what we needed and giving us great advice on food, etc. She has helped us many times over the months since then. In fact, we now look for her when we go to your store. She always seems busy, but she takes the time to answer our questions and help us make our selections.\r

You know, it's because of this great customer service that we keep coming back. It would be so easy to order what we need online. But you have such a great selection and your staff makes shopping at All Pets Club a great experience.
