My friend was dropping her dog off because we were headed out if state for a trip. I noticed many things about this place one being that the service is horrible. (I looked at all the name tags so I could accurately write this review). Before my friend went up to the desk, I heard two girls laughing at the lady who was walking out. I heard the girl with the mohawk talk about the lady's walk. Did I forget to mention that the lady was elderly? The mohawk girl and her friend (I just remember that her name started with a C) were laughing so hard that when we it was our turn to be waited on that we couldn't understand anything that mohawk was saying. While my friend was talking to the ""customer service"" a girl named Jessica came to put a tag around my friend's dog's neck. When she put the tag on, it was obviously too tight, but she didn't notice. So i tried to loosen it and it wouldn't. Lucky another lady (she had long braids) cut the tag off and made him another one. And I guess she saw how upset we were with the customer service, and she apologized. I thought this was very nice because she didn't have anything to do with the rudeness. Then the girl Jessica took him back and we didn't even get to say goodbye. Overall, I think that the service needs to be at a moderate rate. The girl talked too fast and we had to ask her to slow down and repeat. The place was beautiful and even despite the horrible customer service, we felt comfortable leaving our dog there because of the little fact that the lady saw that the tag was too tight and made him a new one.
