He's very close to being a totally 9.99 sales professional. He assessed my needs and listened to what I had to say. He knew I had some experience and background and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. I went back and talked to him again and that's when we made a sale.
I was buying a therapeutic hot tub. I spend about twenty minutes a day in it. They are a sales organization that handles many different types of product and represents many different manufacturers. Randy made the assessment of what was right for me. He and I had an initial conversation where he asked questions, which is very important. A lot of sales people don't listen.
