The salesperson, Bob, from Rick's Pool & Spa, was really good. He gave us a lot of information. The only problem we ran into was that they ended up measuring wrong for the cover so we have to wait for a new cover. They were supposed to get it last week, but I still haven't heard anything about if they have it or when they were coming to install it and so forth. Really, that was the only problem we had. Otherwise, they were good. They're good people, who know what they're talking about, and it was a good experience.
