We have been in our home for 13 years and have used many other companies in the Charleston area. Our units were replaced several years by another company but there have always been cold spots in the house and we could never figure out why. According to the past companies, everything checked out perfectly but the problem persisted. On New Years eve eve with company in town we had a leaking pan and that's when we found LimRic. They cam out and fixed the immediate problem and we bought a maintenence agreement. Through the persistence Sherry in the office we were able to schedule an appointment for both of our properties on the same day which was incredibly convenient. Our technician Jason was meticulous in checking the unit and found that the heat strips had never been connected properly upon installation. We finally got a resolution to why it was always cold upstairs. He was incredibly professional and I really appreciated how he explained all of the issues that he found in terms that I could understand.
