Last night and this morning while driving my car it acted like it was going to stall when I accelerated the engine light came on. I drove my car straight to the dealership this morning and without an appointment was greeted by everyone in a very friendly and welcoming manner. I was helped very quickly, eplained what the issue was and my car was immediately looked at. 1/2 hour later they knew what the issue was and were fixing it.\r

The service I received today was absolutely outstanding. John McPherson is always warm and friendly whenever I've been in there and EVERYONE made sure I was acknowledge and told me I'd be taken care of very quickly. I even asked if I could get my oil changed and they said no problem; John didn't hesitate even though I did not have an appointment.\r

It's very refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service and I was impressed with how well and quickly they handled an unscheduled visit. Thank you!
