Do not leave your pet with these people. It used to be a decent place but now they are horrible. I had my worst grooming experience ever! My dog loved the old owner but she was totally freaked out by what ever the new staff did to her while I was away. Not to mention, her haircut was botched and they refused to give me a refund for the overpriced bad cut, which I didn't even want in the first place. \r

They need better training because they only know how to chop your dog's hair off. They mentioned that my dog had not been there for over a year, but they didn't check her shot records. Gross!!!...even Petco does that! Even Petco will give you a refund if you are not satisfied!
