Classy Clips Pet Salon

I have 3 small dogs that are my babies, so I am very particular who I take them to for their nail trims. Since finding Classy clips, I will continue to take them there from now on. The owner is always so friendly and treats my kids like they could be her own. On my last visit, I was taking all 3 of them when one of them caught his nail on something in my car and was bleeding. When I got there, I was really in a panic because I didn't know what to do. Leslie, (the owner) helped me take care of him and put him in one of her crates while she took care of the other two. While she was trimming nails on one, one of the others even used the bathroom in the floor. At this point I was embarrassed because of everything that had happened. She just kept reassuring me that everything was ok and not to worry. She was calm about everything even though I was in a panic. She even let me borrow a crate to take my baby to the vet that night. She really helped me out that day! I'll keep taking my babies there! more

Terrible. Yeah it's like a sorority house now. I had a similar experience. I took my dog there for years and just recently stopped because the service has gotten terrible. Plus they don't check to make sure if the pets that they are grooming are up to date on their shots. Sick with the unsick - just all mixed together. more

Do not leave your pet with these people. It used to be a decent place but now they are horrible. I had my worst grooming experience ever! My dog loved the old owner but she was totally freaked out by what ever the new staff did to her while I was away. Not to mention, her haircut was botched and they refused to give me a refund for the overpriced bad cut, which I didn't even want in the first place. \r \r They need better training because they only know how to chop your dog's hair off. They mentioned that my dog had not been there for over a year, but they didn't check her shot records. Gross!!!...even Petco does that! Even Petco will give you a refund if you are not satisfied! more

Not what it use to be. I will never go there again! Do yourself a favor and don't bother. You might get an affordable price, depending on how they feel that day. Either way, they are inexperienced and rude. more

I've had my Bichon Frise groomed several places before I found Classy Clips and they are by far the best. Unlike many places they actually have the knowledge it takes to trim this breed. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very courteous. more

Classy Clips is a great place to go and have your dog groomed. Very Clean facility, with a caring and delightful staff. The groomers are very knowledgeable and willing to help assist with pet style needs. Store also offers Solid Gold Pet Products, which I can only find at Classy Clips so far. I would recommend Classy Clips to anyone who is looking for a first class service at a great price. PROS: Price, CONS: more

This pet grooming salon is okay if you have a smaller dog, since evidently they aren't used to bigger dogs coming in there. We took our dog there to get her nails trimmed and they literally freaked out. Won't be going back there. more
