Christo IT is very responsive, but we've found that a lot of the things we've asked them to do have to be done two or three times before they're actually correct. Every time you call, you get a different representative, and these different people will look at the same problem and fix it in different ways. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We get charged every time we call them though, even if it's the same problem that we were dealing with before.
