This is a great place to practice... I like all kinds of yoga and workouts but this is the one that I've found that I want to practice most often. It's not too strenuous so I can still do other things and I have plenty of energy. And the pace of the workout is moderate so I can really feel myself warming and releasing tension. And my favorite is the meditation, I leave feeling very centered. The staff has been great and the people who attend are, for the most part, really nice.
