I have a Daewoo Washer that is only a little more than a year old. The machine started leaking. After speaking with the distributor they told me to call Authorized Appliance. Well they came out and replaced a part. The machine did ok for about a month. The machine then started to leak again. I contacted the distributor and they had Authorized Appliance come out again. The guy said "Wrong Soap, to many bubbles" and that was the end of the service call. He blamed the issue on the soap I was using. After calling the office they said I need to clean the machine with Country Tyme Lemonade mix. Well not wanting to put juice in my machine I obliged and bought the expensive Tide cleaning packets. After 3 packets and running a load of towels without soap through 4 times the machine still leaked. Authorized Appliance would not come out. I had to get the distributor to have them come out again. They did not like the fact I made them wait to run the cycle with clothes so they could see the leak. The repairman finally looked further and said bad hose. I have to order part. 2 months later the part came in. To my suprise it was a switch the hose fit on. They were suppose to show up between 2 and 6. I got a call a few minutes before 6 and the repairman said he had run out of gas. It would be about 20 minutes before he would be here. I obliged and waited 45 minutes. He never showed. When I called the service guy he said it would be about 30 minutes. I told him not to come. Well they rescheduled. He brought the part, a switch, not a hose. He put the part on and said it still leaked and then put clamps on the hose. Said it was fixed. I ran a load of towels, mind you, only 3 towels. The machine leaked. The saga continues. I will have to get back in touch with them and the distributor. IF YOU CAN AOVID THESE PEOPLE HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. They don't want to do the work and they have no idea what they are doing. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.
