My experience started approximately six months prior to making my purchase. I took my wife's camry in for service and met my salesman Byron. I was in the market to buy truck. I had my mind set on buying a Dodge or a Ford. After speaking with my salesman I soon added the Toyota Tundra to my list. Being the type of person that does research I spent the next months researching and kicking tires. My salesman Byron was not pushy at all and took the time to answer all my questions.
The over all experience in the pre buying stage was great but the day of purchase was even smoother. Sales manager Mark worked with myself and my wife's strict payment ceiling to get the best deal possible for both parties.
I have never worked with such knowledgeable people that allowed me to make my car buying decision at my own pace. They really made me feel like I was their most important customer and that they had mine and my wife's best interest at heart. I will never buy from another dealership again.
