My wife was in need of a dependable car. I got online, knowing how dependable Toyota vehicles are since I have owned six in the past. I wanted a certain vehicle, namely the Rav4, and found a 2010 model with just 30,000 miles at Fowler Toyota. They had this beaut priced under loan value so I thought there had to be a catch somewhere. I was wrong. The salesman, Walter Wagner, was absolutely the nicest, most honest salesman I have ever dealt with. He did not push, coerce, or even talk down to me. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Scott Tang was the finance officer I dealt with. Even though he was a little pushy about the protection plan, he was very receptive to my needs.
After all was said and done, I was very pleased with my buying experience.
But wait, I'm not done. After buying the car, I wanted to have a spare key made. Guess what? The parts manager was just as friendly and helpful. Then my wife was told to schedule a time to have the key programmed. She scheduled it for Friday morning. Thursday evening, she called me, telling me the battery was dead. I had to jump start the car that night and the next morning. I told her not to purchase a new battery at the dealership, because I knew we could get one cheaper elsewhere. She called me after her service, saying they replaced the battery, programmed the key, and performed a recall item. I asked her what the cost was. She said zero! I am so thrilled with Fowler Toyota.
Thank you Fowler.
