I called to find out information on a rental so that I may drive myself and others to visit my family in KY for Thanksgiving. No one answered nor returned my call. I decided to try the email route for getting information. I sent an email stating my needs, age, etc etc. I never received a response regarding my enquiry. The only correspondence I received was an email a month and a half later stating that they appreciated my business, look forward to serving me in the future, and to give my feedback about my experience dealing with them. Needless to say, I was unable to visit my family for thanksgiving. If there were no rentals available, I was too young, whatever the case. A response is always appreciated. Anyway, they obviously don't understand good customer service because if they did, I would have received information for a rental rather than a thank you email for something I NEVER experienced or purchased. Thanks for nothing Value Van and Car Rental.
