I was very disappointed by the service and unprofessional attitude. I called several time over a 3 month period to redeem a gift certificate from my husbands work. I finally was able to make an appointment, but it was 3 weeks out. Then, when I arrived, the curtains were drawn, doors locked, and the lights in the waiting room were turned off. I felt like they had gone out of business. So I went back to my car and called in and it immediately went to voicemail. I was so upset I had just driven 45 minutes to get there and then they weren't open anymore. Found out she works alone and keeps the door locked and failed to tell me this. I would never have felt comfortable getting a massage like this anyway, so I guess it worked out that I never relieved my gift. I would never recommend this to anyone.
