Poor customer service. They advertise ""free quote"" for service you need done on your machine - I was not quoted, but rather called by the tech and told my repair was already at $65 and did I want him to keep going? I never got to decide if I wanted them to fix it or not. When I went to pick it up, I told the lady working, and the tech had lied on my slip. Then she said ""that's a good price."" Yeah, not the point. Would recommend looking elsewhere for honest service.
