Poor customer service, attitude. Seemed only interested in selling the $$$$+ machines, gave wrong info on the $$$$+ versus $$$ of a particular brand. I came away with a bad feeling. I will never go back there. more

Poor customer service. They advertise ""free quote"" for service you need done on your machine - I was not quoted, but rather called by the tech and told my repair was already at $65 and did I want him to keep going? I never got to decide if I wanted them to fix it or not. When I went to pick it up, I told the lady working, and the tech had lied on my slip. Then she said ""that's a good price."" Yeah, not the point. Would recommend looking elsewhere for honest service. more

They over charged when I brough my sewing machine in to be fixed. It was my first time to take my machine to be fixed at that place so I had to accept the charges. But what really bothered me was that they were not customer friendly. They don't take the time to answer question about the machine I brought in to be fixed. more

This is a great little storethat has been around a long time. This is a great place filled with knowledgeable people. They sell sewing machines an well as repair and rebuild machines. They also sell sewing tables. I had my machine fixed and it has been running perfectly for years. more
