This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I told the “manager” that this was the worse customer service I had ever experienced, I got disconnected. When I called back he said he hung up on me for swearing, the problem for him. I had two other people in my office when I called him, because what truck we rented was a concern for them, and there was no swearing. I ask for the Owner’s phone number he refused to give that to me, and told me to keep calling back and I could talk to the owner if he was in the office. Recommendation: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!
