This company is one of the sleeziest I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. They will tell you one thing, do another, and then lie about it. They will be as friendly as possible, will not charge you a late fee, and then out of nowhere they will add every late fee and additional charges onto your bill threatening to auction your property.\r \r I do not recommend this place and would run as far away as you can. more

This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I told the “manager” that this was the worse customer service I had ever experienced, I got disconnected. When I called back he said he hung up on me for swearing, the problem for him. I had two other people in my office when I called him, because what truck we rented was a concern for them, and there was no swearing. I ask for the Owner’s phone number he refused to give that to me, and told me to keep calling back and I could talk to the owner if he was in the office. Recommendation: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! more

Poor customer service 10/25/2011

These guys are not on the ball. I am living in California and keeping my stuff in Utah. I was not notified of the day payment was due, even after requesting an address change. I was then called and told payment was late. I said I had not received notice but was happy to pay. Then I was notified a late payment fee was involved. I felt this was unreasonable as I had not been properly notified. The guy on the other end was not cordial or willing to work with me. He was more concerned with the fee involved than in keeping a happy customer or working with me. That is bad customer service in my book. more
