I sent A client into this store when asked for help the Snarly sales associate gave me misinformation. When I told her ""that's not what I asked"" and repeated the question she told me ""WE do not carry that printer in our store"" at which point I told her please return the phone to my client. Next thing I hear is her slamming me to the client claiming ""He was so rude to me"" I can see if I had said she was stupid or maybe attacked her personally.. but I simply asked her questions w/o kissing her ego. I then finished with my client and called back to the store to talk to a manager... Two guesses who picked up the phone,at which point I realized I was speaking to her again cause she then told me I was a rude person and she was in fact the manager then hung up on me. Real pro here I love when someone in retail reminds me why exactly I should never shop at there store.
