I took my computer in for repair on 2/22/13 & after 2 weeks, hours spent at the store, at least 6 trips back, paying them over $350.00 it still has problems. A true computer nightmare!!! I will be taking it to a real repair shop & taking them to court. Beware!!!! more

I sent A client into this store when asked for help the Snarly sales associate gave me misinformation. When I told her ""that's not what I asked"" and repeated the question she told me ""WE do not carry that printer in our store"" at which point I told her please return the phone to my client. Next thing I hear is her slamming me to the client claiming ""He was so rude to me"" I can see if I had said she was stupid or maybe attacked her personally.. but I simply asked her questions w/o kissing her ego. I then finished with my client and called back to the store to talk to a manager... Two guesses who picked up the phone,at which point I realized I was speaking to her again cause she then told me I was a rude person and she was in fact the manager then hung up on me. Real pro here I love when someone in retail reminds me why exactly I should never shop at there store. Good Store 4/23/2005

Staples is a great store! They have a huge selection of products to choose from including their own brand which offer you a lower price for pretty much the same item. I defintely recommend purchasing the Staples brand for many of your needs such as ink cartridges or paper. The store has a very good return and exchange program that you can use at all Staples store. They allow you to purchase an item, say a photocopier and try it out and return it if it does not meet your standards. The staff is friendly and helpful and seem to have a good knowledge base to answer your questions. I find that there are often sales and deals on items that you can get for quite cheap prices. more
