I have been bringing my dog to Classy Canines for a couple years now. He was recently ""groomed"" and before we got him home we noticed a huge gash in his tongue. My wife brought him back there immediately seeking some explanation and then to the vet. He needed to be placed on antibiotics. I called Classy Canines for an explanation only for the owner to rudely say that it must have happened when he ""jumped"" in the car. She offered no apology, no refund for the grooming or vet bill and claimed the dog must have ""bit"" it off. Talk about a bad groomer and a bad business!!!! She said she felt bad for the dog for having an owner like me and then hung up the phone. My only mistake was not looking at this site before bringing him there. It seems from reading these reviews that the owner/groomer has made several damaging mistakes while working with our pets.
