The positive reviews in this column has for sure been created by the employees of this company. The service is one of the worst hands down. The staff are always in an extremely miserable state of mind, as if they all hate thier jobs and unfortunately take it out on the customers. I have been here several times just because of the lack of other resourses and have been let down in a terrible way. The girl behind the counter wears short... SHORT shorts. Usually this would be a positive but she is not only ignorant, refuses to say ""goodbye"" on the phone, but terrible to look at. The ""Service Manager"" is unkempt, loud, and obnoxious. Not one person who represents the company looked presentable or professional, not only by outfits, but by professionalism. Both of them treat you as if you owe them the world, even if you ask simple boating questions. Cursing, yelling, and rudness is heard throuout the counter and parts department from the service manager and desk clerk. (to the shock of my 6 year old daughter). They overcharge for almost everything comparing prices to their competitors, and have sold me wrong parts on several occasions even after giving them my engine serial number and information. I did unfortunately have my boat serviced here and a $400 repair job quote turned into a $1400 overhaul. Magically all the things that were not an issue, were. I have since found a different service department 50 miles further than them, and am happy to make the trip. Hope this helps anyone who needs an honest review. BEWARE!!
