Joe was pretty good. He fixed the problem, and that's what counts. The only thing was we paid them money for the service call, and that was supposed to be subtracted from the other main bill, but I don't think it was because I paid two checks. But it's alright. I am willing to forget that.
They did a good job compared to another plumber who came to work on our shower stall handle. Joe was very, very good and very personable. I've got no problems with Joe. They did well. He came out on a Saturday to see what he was getting into, and I said they can start on Monday. I wanted him to see so he would know what supplies to have. They did fine, and I would probably call Arnold & Sons again if I had a problem I couldn't figure out.
