There were a couple things that were very very good about it my experience with Crebassa's. One of the things was the way that Crebassa's service was connected to the other services. When I gave my info to my insurance adjuster, he took all the info and he had told me I could go to Crebassa's and get the work done. When I got there they already had all of my information so I didn't need to do all of that paperwork again.
I had made arrangements to get a loan car while mine was being repaired.
When I went to Crebassa's, while he was doing the estimate on the car there was shuttle car there that drove me from Crebassa's to the Hertz place where I could get the loaner car. After it was done I was able to leave the loaner car there and Hertz was able to pick it up. It was very convenient.
They gave me the initial estimate, then later they let me know they had discovered additional injuries to the car that needed to be repaired.
When I picked up the car they had an account of each thing they had fixed and the cost, why it had to be done. There was nothing mysterious about it, every expense was explained. I felt like I really understood what had been done to the car, and what had been replaced.
Marco, the manager, on the phone let me know when it would be ready, and when I could pick it up. I felt the whole thing was what I would call customer friendly. They seem to be aiming to make the whole experience as smooth and as pleasant as it could be. At a time like that when you've had an automobile accident, eveything they did to makle the process simpler was very much appreciated.
